This policy applies to all orders placed through runiq.shop and shipped within Australia.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM (AEST) on a business day will begin processing the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (AEST), on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping & Estimated Delivery Time

  • Australia-wide: 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Total estimated delivery time : 6–13 business days.
  • Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons or unforeseen carrier delays.

Shipping Fees

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia.

There are no hidden handling or packaging charges. All costs are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier's website or via the tracking link in your dispatch email.


Tracking Information

  • Tracking details are usually available within 2–3 business days after dispatch.
  • If you haven't received your tracking number within 5 business days, please contact our support team at support@runiq.shop.

Order Dispatch

Orders are dispatched from our authorised fulfilment and distribution partners. Depending on your location, products may ship from an Australian or international distribution centre to ensure efficient delivery.


Delivery Support

If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed during transit, please contact us — we'll assist with a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

We work with our carriers to investigate and resolve delivery issues as quickly as possible.


Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, it can be reshipped once additional postage fees are paid.
