All Runiq products include a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects or functional faults under normal use. We will repair, replace, or refund at no additional cost. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns. No restocking fee applies to faulty or not-as-described items.

To initiate a return: Email support@runiq.shop with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is faulty. Our team responds within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST). Ship the item back using the prepaid return label we provide — tracking is included. We inspect your item within 3–5 business days and notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 days.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia. There are no hidden handling or packaging charges. All costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

Currently, we ship within Australia only. All orders placed through runiq.shop are fulfilled and delivered to Australian addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct tracking link. Tracking details are usually available within 2–3 business days after dispatch. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days, please contact us at support@runiq.shop or via the Track Your Order page.
