This policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and warranty claims in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws in your region.
1. Warranty Coverage
All Runiq products include a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects or functional faults that occur under normal use.
If your product develops a fault during this period, we will repair, replace, or refund it at no additional cost.
Exclusions:

Consumable or accessory parts (e.g., straps, cables)
2. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return or refund if:

The product arrives faulty, defective, or not as described; or

A defect occurs within the warranty period under normal use.
For change-of-mind returns, items must be:

Unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition; and

Returned within 30 days of delivery.
Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Return Shipping

If the item is faulty or defective, Runiq will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse shipping costs.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for shipping fees.

We recommend using a trackable service; we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
5. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
If you wish to exchange for the same item, please contact support@runiq.shop for assistance.
6. Refund Method
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit may be offered.
7. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
If a product is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.
