We offer a voluntary 30-day change-of-mind return window. If you change your mind, you can return your watch for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided it has not been used or worn beyond trying it on, is free from marks or damage, and is returned with its original packaging.

Separately, your goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

We respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and instructions.
Pack securely and send to the address in the RA email.

Yes. Within 30 days of delivery, exchange for a different model or colour (unused, original packaging). You cover return postage; we cover replacement shipping. Email support@runiq.shop with your order number.

Once we receive and inspect the return (3–5 business days), we process refunds within 5 business days. Your bank may take a further 3–5 business days to reflect the credit. Refunds go to the original payment method.
