- To qualify, the product must be unused, free from scratches or signs of wear, and returned in its original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. These rights apply for as long as the product can reasonably be expected to last — not just within the 30-day change-of-mind window.

All Runiq products include a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects or functional faults under normal use. We will repair, replace, or refund at no additional cost.
For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns. No restocking fee applies to faulty or not-as-described items.
To initiate a return:

Ship the item back using the prepaid return label we provide — tracking is included

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia. There are no hidden handling or packaging charges. All costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
Currently, we ship within Australia only. All orders placed through runiq.shop are fulfilled and delivered to Australian addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
