At Runiq, we're committed to delivering reliable, high-quality products and ensuring a fair and transparent experience for every customer. This policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and warranty claims in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
This policy applies to all orders placed through runiq.shop and shipped within Australia.

1. Warranty Coverage
All Runiq products include a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects or functional faults that occur under normal use. If your product develops a fault during this period, we will repair, replace, or refund it at no additional cost.
Exclusions:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents
- Normal wear and tear
- Unauthorized modification or repair
- Consumable or accessory parts (e.g., straps, cables, chargers)
These exclusions do not limit your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
2. Returns Eligibility
Faulty, Defective, or Not as Described:
You may request a return, replacement, or refund if:
- The product arrives faulty, defective, or not as described; or
- A defect occurs within the 12-month warranty period under normal use.
Change-of-Mind Returns:
If you change your mind, items must be:
- Unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition; and
- Returned within 30 days of delivery.
Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping is free.
No restocking fees apply to returns due to faults, defects, or items not as described.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products that have been worn, used, or are not in original packaging
- Items damaged through misuse, neglect, or accidents after delivery
This does not apply if the product is faulty or not as described — your statutory rights always apply.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at support@runiq.shop with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is faulty or damaged.
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, AEST) to confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
- Ship the item back using the prepaid return label provided. Tracking is included on the label.
- Once received, we will inspect your item within 3–5 business days and notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 days.
Estimated total refund timeline: Approximately 10–20 business days from the day you ship your return (transit + inspection + refund processing).
4. Return Shipping
All eligible returns include free return shipping. Runiq will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Use the prepaid return label provided. Tracking is included on the label.

5. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible returns (including change-of-mind within 30 days), subject to the same conditions and restocking fee.
6. Refund Method
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout within 10 days.
If the original payment method is no longer available (e.g., expired card, closed account), we will arrange a refund via bank transfer or alternative monetary method. We will contact you to confirm.
All refunds are monetary. We do not issue store credit in place of a refund unless you specifically request it.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the refund in your account.
7. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
