Does it work with iPhone and Android?
Yes. VitalX pairs over Bluetooth with the free companion app on both iOS and Android. Every feature is included, with no subscription.
Can I swim or shower with it?
VitalX is IP67 rated, so sweat, rain, splashes and handwashing are fine. Take it off before swimming, showering, saunas or diving.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 7 days with typical use. Frequent workout tracking, high brightness and lots of notifications will shorten that.
Can I change the strap?
Yes. All five straps are quick-release and fit every VitalX, so you can swap silicone for leather in seconds.
Is this a medical device?
No. VitalX is designed for general wellness and fitness. Its readings are not intended to diagnose, treat or monitor any medical condition. Talk to your doctor about any health concerns.
What if I don’t love it?
Wear it for 30 days. If it’s not for you, we’ll email a free return label and refund you in full.
