Does it work with iPhone and Android?
Yes. Vertex S1 pairs over Bluetooth with the free companion app on iOS and Android. Every feature is included, with no subscription.
Can I swim or shower with it?
It’s built for sweat, rain and handwashing. We don’t recommend swimming, showering, sauna or diving with it.
How long does the battery last?
Several days with typical use, including overnight sleep tracking. Heavy workout tracking and high brightness will shorten that.
Can I change the watch face?
Yes. Choose from preset faces on the watch or more in the app, including photo faces.
Is this a medical device?
No. Vertex S1 is a general wellness device and isn’t intended to diagnose or treat any condition.
What if I don’t love it?
Return it within 30 days for a full refund. We’ll email you a free return label.
When will my order arrive?
