Does it work with iPhone and Android?
Yes. Lumen pairs over Bluetooth with the free RUNIQ companion app on both iOS and Android. Every feature is included, with no subscription.
Can I swim or shower with it?
Lumen is IP67 rated, so rain, sweat, splashes and handwashing are fine. It is not intended for swimming, showering, saunas or diving.
How long does the battery really last?
Up to 14 days with typical use. Frequent workouts, lots of notifications or a very bright screen setting will shorten that.
Will it fit my wrist?
The strap adjusts from 145 to 230 mm (5.7 to 9 in), which covers most adult wrists. Wrap a piece of string around your wrist and measure it against a ruler to check.
How do I change the watch face?
Open the RUNIQ app, choose from 100+ faces and it syncs in seconds. You can also pick a photo from your camera roll and set it as the dial.
Is this a medical device?
No. Lumen is a general wellness tracker. Readings are for personal insight and should not be used to diagnose or treat any condition.
What if I don't love it?
Wear it for up to 30 days. If it is not right, contact us and we will email a free return label and refund you in full.
